The Wad Squad
Those requesting a helper share must have first participated in at least one firing.
We have a waitlist. You will be emailed when we need help on the Wad Squad.
Participants who commit to assist with loading & cleaning AND unloading & cleaning will get one share in the kiln as a bonus for the extra investment. Folks are invited to those who have participated frequently as a way to deepen their knowledge.
It is requested that helpers be timely, attentive to the artwork, and thorough in their participation. This is a fun way to learn more and be part of the interworkings of the process. You need to be able to move heavy kiln shelves, efficiently carry multiple fragile items, and be careful while doing so.
