The Wad Squad
Those requesting a helper share must have first participated in at least one soda-firing at RCS.
You will be emailed when we need help on the Wad Squad.
Participants who commit to assist with loading & cleaning AND unloading & cleaning will get one share in the kiln as a bonus for the extra investment.

It is requested that helpers be timely, attentive to the artwork, and thorough in their participation. This is a fun way to learn more and be part of the inner workings of the process and deepen your knowledge.
Requirements for participation:
You need to be able to move heavy kiln shelves, efficiently carry multiple fragile items, and be careful while doing so. Please wear work clothes and closed-toe shoes. You may also want to bring a dust mask.
