7:30pm - 80ºF top/ 72ºF Bottom, KILN START TIME, South burner candling, damper 2”
8:30pm - 350ºF top/ 122ºF Bottom, South burner candling, damper 2”
9:30pm - 578ºF top/ 250ºF Bottom, 0.5# gas, damper 2”

Soda introduction with Don, who brought watermelon!
3# pf soda in 2 gallons of water sprayed in, in 5-second bursts first at 2150º, then 2160º.
7 rounds total.6:35pm - Held in reduction for 15 minutes.
6:50pm - 2126ºF/ 2132ºF shut off gas. Left open to clear till 9pm.
