We sell White Stone made by Clay Art Center in Tacoma WA. It is a cone 6 very smooth porcelain-like stoneware. Made without grog to give a porcelain feel, it is wonderful for handbuilding as well as throwing. It is the clay body that Deb Schwartzkopf uses to make her pottery. It has a slightly off-white color in Oxidation and in Reduction is more gray-white. Shrinkage 11.0%, Absorption 1.5%.
