This is 100% Wildflower honey that has been gently screened.

This honey was produced by the bees here at RCS.
All honey crystallizes over time- this is a natural process.  Simply warm it and it will easily flow again. Each jar is in a glass 16oz jelly jar with a screw top lid.

I have been tending the bees for five years now.  Their cycles have become part of my calendar and I plant flowers thinking of what time of the year they will bloom. After a year spent in this practice I see the preciousness of this golden delicious honey and how much work it takes to make it and to jar it!
