We would like to formally invite you to participate! RCS Studio Artists, RCC & RCS Staff, RCC instructors, RCC studio renting artists, and current (late summer/ fall / early winter 2022) RCC students are invited to participate. We would love to showcase your artwork!

Participants must be able to drop off & pick up their work at the venue during designated hours, and volunteer for a 2-hour shift at the holiday sale. We are not accepting work shipped via mail.

Confirm participation by November 1st by 9pm.

Drop off Deadline November 30th:
4500 California Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116 - Do not leave your artwork at RCS Please.

Deliver your work off November 30th between 3-7pm at the West Seattle Venue. (address listed above).
Work must be in boxes that are labeled with your name and the online inventory must be submitted prior to drop off.

Display
We will display artwork wall shelving, tables, and craft fair booth displays. We will have holiday greenery that is spread around the space, lights, and ornaments. We will have a large Christmas tree to hang ornaments on. It will be festive and fun!

We are asking for a minimum of 15 pieces from each artist to participate and a maximum of 60 pieces.

This is very open-ended and we want you to participate! A good grouping to aim for would be mostly small and medium-sized items, with a few large centerpiece type pots (think vases or serving bowls).
Consider adding business cards to your display area.

Pricing/ inventory details

The work you include should not have any cracks and glaze problems. If we discover pieces with these issues while setting up, we will remove them from the show and package them in the artists original boxes to be picked up after the show. Please price and sticker each of your own pieces. Please consult the pricing guide we have provided as an aid for you. All work must be inventoried with price stickers that corollate. Offer your inventory via the form below.

We will have a central check-out run by the studio. We will also provide wrapping and bags for shoppers. The sales breakdown will be 65% to the artist / 35% to RCS.

inventory number # with initials ( ds001, ds002, etc) and your retail price ($20).
If it does not stick well, please add tape over it.

2-Hour Event Volunteer Shifts
Each participating artist must sign up for a volunteer shift during the days of the sale. Sign up on the calendar below to help with sales and chat with people during the event. You can choose to do a 2 hour block, or sign up for your 2 hours separately. (i/e: 1 hour on Saturday, 1 hour on Sunday.)

Get Your Work Fired!
We have scheduled some kilns for studio members to fast-track work for this show. We recommend planning ahead! Please check the RCS calendar for firing dates. All work must be on the cart before the designated time to be loaded.

Leave yourself enough time to sand and price your work. :- )

Last RCS Firings of the Year:

After the Sale:

All unsold work will be packaged in boxes and must be picked up at the West Seattle Venue by the artists. 
Packing Up & Pickup: Monday December 5th, 11am-7pm 

Checks will be delivered to your RCS studio artist cubby or mailed to the address provided on your consignment agreement form.
