Display
We will display artwork in the classroom on the wall shelving, a craft fair booth, and on the tables with risers. The classroom doors will be fully open. Masks will likely be required. We will have holiday greenery that is spread around the space, lights, and ornaments. It will be festive and fun!
We are asking for a minimum of 25 pieces from each artist to participate.
The grouping of work that you sell does not need to match exactly, but it would be nice if it went together as a grouping. This is very open-ended and we want you to participate! A good grouping to aim for would be mostly small and medium-sized items, with a few large centerpiece type pots (think vases or serving bowls).
Consider adding a business card to your display area.
Pricing & Inventory
The work you include should not have any cracks and glaze problems. Please price and sticker each of your own pieces. Please consult the pricing guide we have provided as an aid for you. All work must be inventoried with price stickers that corollate. Offer your inventory via the form below.
We will have a central check-out run by the studio. We will also provide wrapping and bags for shoppers. The sales breakdown will be 60% to the artist / 40% to RCS.
During the Sale
You are welcome to attend the sale and socialize. Depending on covid, we will have an outdoor hot-cider station. We might have snacks too. Each participating artist will be asked to be at the studio during the sale for a single two-hour period to help out. Sign up for your time slot here.
