Tips & tricks to make your Zoom workshop experience fabulous!
Post-Workshop Recording:
You will receive a link to the recording of the workshop 2-3 days after, please check the email you used to register with. This will be the same email affiliated with your PayPal Account.
Reminder Emails with Link:
You will receive reminder emails from Zoom one-week, one-day, and one-hour prior to the workshop.
Chat Setting: All Panelists & Attendees
When you arrive to the workshop, please automatically switch your chat to “All Panelists & Attendees” by selecting the blue arrow above the text box.
Camera Views
If you would like to change which screen or speaker you’re seeing instead of two split screens, try these suggestions.
First Choose “Speaker View” in the top right corner of the frame. Then as Deb selects the view that best shows the demonstration, you will see it as the main image viewable.
You may also “ Pin” your preferred view.
At the top of your screen, hover over the video of the screen you want to pin and click “...”
From the menu, choose Pin Video.

Having Audio/Video problems?
Remember to close all other browsers and programs while the workshop is happening!
Consider a direct connection through an ethernet wire for a more stable internet connection.
If someone in your home is using tv streaming services, it may also slow down your video or audio.
If you continue to have problems, restarting your computer can also help.
If you email Deb during the workshop for help/about connectivity problems, she will not be able to see it until after the workshop.
